シルバーフィットネスシステム
The Silver Fitness Program offers you a suitable exercise program (gym program and aqua program) by analyzing your physical activity to target anti-aging.  For example, a trainer in the gym program may direct you to use the tips of your fingers and toes to stimulate the brain, and an exercise to recover extremity functions by stimulating motor nurves. 
The aqua program forcuses on the recovery of osteoporosis and hernia.  Also, there is a useful way to exercise that allows for the recovery of physical abilities, by targeting body parts such as the joints in your knees and elbows.
