| Personal training involves highly experience trainers who will plan and direct an individual training program for you. The program will be based on your experience, age, strength, and of course any other personal needs. This is know as one- on- one training. This training program is very common among major sports. It is mainly used to help players resist injuries, reduce physical and mental stress, and to aid in rehabilitation. We always welcome you to come have hun with us! We encourage you to make any type of goal, whether it is maintaining health, gaining strength, of just getting into better shape. Please feel free to stop by, and the trainers will kindly answer any questions you may or may not have. We can also come to your house to discuss. |

| 1. | Please use all the training programs in the settled term. In the case of a health problem or in the transference of your trainer, your schedule will be considered for revision. |
| 2. | In group training, thank you for understanding for taking the same program. |
| 3. | The personal system contact is only valid between the client and the trainer. The contract privilege cannot be transferred to a third person. |
| 4. | The time for updating a contract will be on the final day of the training program It is also required that you finish all the training programs in the scheduled term. |
