There is nothing anyone can do to know their own life expectancy, and this is a rule that applies to all living things.  However, depending upon your individual effort and the tools to help you stay in shape you can help extend challenge yourself every day.

Why do we recommend exercise for the elderly?
 As you grow older you need more and more blood to be sent throughout your body.  This leads to the rejuvenation of old cells to new cells.  This can also be applied to brain cells. which will help improve metabolism little by little.  therefore, the goal of exercise as you get older is to help relieve you of the general aches and pains that come from becoming old.

In the Silver Fitness Program, we have sections: "Gym Exercise" and "Aqua Exercise."  By analyzing one's body condition the trainers can decide the appropriate fitness program.  For example, in the "Gym Exercise" section, we offer exercises that direct you to use the tips of your fingers and toes to stimulate the brain, and exercises to recover extremity function by stimulation motor nerves.  In the aqua program, the trainers make exercises that for people that have trouble in usual body movements because of osteoporosis, hernia, and disorder in knee joint etc.

Body function decline, which is generally in people with advanced age, MSS provides the best program s which are divided into stages.  Experts in make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
